My passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness since a young age has led me to develop a career in Personal Training and Nutrition. I have personally found a love for strength and conditioning training and it is in this style of training that I have found my way to consistent and long-term exercise.
Over the last few years, I have also discovered an appreciation for running, having run half marathons, shorter trail runs (my preference) and having trained and run the challenging distance of a full marathon at 42.2km in 2018.
I have always hoped to inspire others to find a way to lead a healthy lifestyle and to enjoy exercise. Having spent many years in the health industry, I endeavor to bring my knowledge, experience and further studies toward helping others be fit, healthy and strong for life in an individual way - to help those who work with me to be motivated, achieve their health and fitness goals and discover new ones, to help them find something they love to do, adhere to it consistently and to teach them the methods to do so efficiently and safely.
