You need to be clear headed and in the right mind set in order to achieve your goals. You need to establish what your goals are, set yourself a plan to get there and stick to that plan.
If in your mind you aren’t 100% dedicated to achieving your goals and you don’t stick to the plans that you have set for yourself, you won’t achieve them. It’s that simple.
